We are pleased to announce Moreno Surveying and Geographics, Inc. and Russell Planning and Engineering, Inc have formed a strategic alliance to provide additional services to our customers. While the firms will remain separate entities, Moreno has moved their operations into the Russell office at 934 Main Ave, Durango where the firms together can now provide full land planning and permitting, civil engineering, land surveying and GIS services.
